Fractional Marketing Director, 20 to 30 hours a week, remote. I've built the company, the offers, and the audience. What I need is one person to take the marketing off my plate and run with it, from the high-level strategy all the way down to the posts that go out. Not a task taker. An owner.
I've built the brand. I need the one person who can make sure my people don’t scroll past me.
I have built a brand with a real, engaged audience of entrepreneurs who already follow and trust me. I have the frameworks, the clients, the case studies, the funnels, and a lane the research says is wide open for me to own. What I do not have yet is the one person who takes the marketing off my plate and runs with it.
I have a team I trust and people who do excellent work. We have grown to the point where marketing needs its own owner {because I am the bottleneck😒}, so I'm ready to hand it to that person.
This is the first big girl marketing hire I am making, and it is the start of a marketing department. You would be building it, not babysitting somebody else's machine. From the high-level strategy all the way down to the posts that go out, it lives with you.
Here is what makes this different from most marketing roles. You are not walking into a blank page. I have taken the courses and invested heavily in top-level programs. I have the tools, frameworks, high-converting offers, and content. Almost nothing here needs to be built from scratch. It needs to be owned and implemented by someone other than me. I need one person I can have a high-level conversation with, who then goes and makes it real.
We are aggressively AI-forward, and the tools carry real weight here. What I need is a smart human who owns those tools and manages them well. I do not expect you to walk in knowing my exact setup. I expect you to take ownership of it fast.
I need someone who keeps the good things running. I have offers that work, and I'm not selling anywhere near as many of them as I could be, because the promotional calendar is in my head. When I get pulled deep into client work, the marketing slows down. The emails that should be going out get pushed, and the funnel that was winning gets left to fatigue, and by the time I look up, we have lost months of momentum we never should have lost. That stops with you. You will jump in here and own the promotional calendar. You’ll decide what we push and when, and you keep something always moving.
This seat starts as a contractor role and grows into leading a department, with the people and the budget that come with it. I am looking for someone who gets excited about building that with me.
Here is the deal on how we work. We meet for a high-level strategy conversation. I tell you where the business is going, what is coming, what is shifting. You take that and run. When you need me for the pieces only I can do, like a talking-head reel, a founder story, a reaction video, you put it on my list, and I show up and record it. When it comes to the marketing, I will follow your lead.
The strategy conversation. We sit down. I talk high level, where the business is going, what is coming, what I want to push harder. You listen, you ask sharp questions, and you leave with the plan. I don't think about marketing again until we meet next, because I don't have to.
The engine keeps running because you own it. The newsletter goes out. The promotion you planned goes live. Not because I asked and not because someone reminded you, but because it's on the calendar you own.
You live in the numbers. Every day you are in the ad accounts and the funnel data, reading what Hyros is telling you about what is actually converting. Our CAC goes up, or ROAS starts tanking, you swap the creative and make the necessary adjustments before I've even seen the dip. A funnel softens; you adjust it before it fatigues. Reading the KPIs and making the call is a daily habit, not a monthly report. Nothing that is working gets left to quietly die on your watch.
Something breaks, and you handle it. A customer posts that their download never came, a little annoyed. You saw it before I did. You are already in ManyChat and ThriveCart; you get them their product, you fix the automation so it does not happen to the next twelve people, and you note what broke. I never had to know it happened.
A story goes viral on a Wednesday. A celebrity trademark fight, a "who actually owns this AI-generated thing" mess, a copyright fight blowing up in the comments. This is my lane. By mid-morning, you have put "record a forty-five-second reaction" on my list. I shoot it by noon, it is live by two, and this time the surge is not just views, because you already had a lead magnet linked, a ManyChat keyword catching the DMs, and a funnel ready to turn the attention into email addresses and sales. This is the part we've never done well and the part I need you for most.
We are not starting from scratch, so you won't start by launching. You'll start by getting deeply clear. In the early weeks, you learn who my client is, what every offer is, and how the business runs, and you audit the funnels, the automations, the sequences, and the ads so you can tell me what is working, what is broken, and what the numbers say. From there, you take the wheel. Thirty days into it, you have created a full promotional calendar start to finish, tweaked the funnels that need it, the newsletter and the ad campaigns run without me asking, and I can go two weeks heads-down in client work without the marketing slowing down, because it no longer depends on me.
