JOB SUMMARY:

Locked In Athletics is looking to hire energetic individuals to help facilitate our youth sport leagues, sport day camps and sport clinics in the East & West Valley.

You will be working closely with our Site Managers to ensure the facilities are setup appropriately, equipment is placed accordingly for the sport of that season and athletes are welcomed to a safe environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively COACH, ENCOURAGE and UPLIFT athletes
• Officiate games based on a modified rule book (training provided)
• Volunteer Coach Support - (training provided)
• Referee/Coach multiple games throughout your shift
• Help create a fun and safe environment for all kids and staff!
• Embody and commit to the program and our club philosophy
• Assist in the completion of on-site operational duties for camps, clinics and leagues.
• Participate in the set-up and take-down process of light equipment
• Attend pre-season orientation
• Attend Training Program orientations (online video conferencing).
• Other duties relevant with the position and department may be assigned to you from time to time

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 16 Years of age or older
• Successfully complete Safesport training: Abuse Awareness & Prevention course
• ENJOY working with youth & LOVE sports
• Ability to work Saturdays between 7-2 PM
• Strong work ethic, highly motivated and excited about contributing to the success of the program
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills

Schedule/Perk Information:

• Paid Weekly
• Part-Time (Saturdays Only): 7:30-2 PM possibly a shorter shift
• Free Participation Registration: Applicable to all children in your household who qualifies.
