This position works independently on defined tasks and supports project completion under the direction of company leadership.

Local4 is seeking a reliable and motivated Renovation Technician I to perform skilled interior renovation work on residential and light commercial projects. This position requires hands-on experience in drywall installation, taping and joint finishing, flooring installation, framing, and painting. The Renovation Technician I works independently on assigned tasks and contributes to maintaining high-quality workmanship and professional job site standards across projects.
This role does not include licensed trade work such as plumbing, advanced electrical work, or work requiring state licensing or permits unless supervised by appropriately licensed personnel.
This position provides a clear path toward advancement to Renovation Technician II and Lead Renovation Technician based on skill development, performance, and leadership ability.
$25 - $30 per hour
