Responsibilities
Team Development
- Build and lead high-performing culinary and service teams
- Establish training programs and performance standards
- Create a collaborative, growth-focused work culture
Operations Management
- Develop & deliver customer experiences that wow
- Implement systems for inventory, cost control, and daily operations
- Create and maintain service standards for both front and back of house
- Assist in overseeing cafe and kitchen design to support menu
Vendor Relations & Sourcing
- Develop partnerships with local chefs, artisans, and specialty vendors
- Source premium dining & drink wear that elevate our menu offerings
- Manage supplier relationships and quality standards
Culinary Partnership
- Partner with culinary consultant on design and execution of an innovative, seasonally-driven menu aligned with our brand identity
- Be an expert on the culinary standards and quality control protocols while holding the team accountable to uphold such standards
Qualifications
- Experience as an assistant GM or director in F&B with a culinary and BPS degree
- Proven track record in bar & kitchen operations
- Strong team leadership and staff development capabilities
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience excellence
- Experience with restaurant build-outs preferred
- Ideal candidate embraces diversity and works well with ambiguity, is innovative but creates disciplines for productivity
