As we look to open our first-ever retail location in Chicago this winter, we are looking to build out our retail leadership team. This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in the Streeterville neighborhood. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, managing inventory, coordinating with designers and suppliers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role includes handling administrative tasks, assisting with marketing initiatives, in store events and contributing to the overall strategic planning of the brand.
Qualifications
To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to have open availability and are expected to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends. All employees are expected to be able to work during the company’s peak selling period, from the week of Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January).
