Position Overview

As a Legal Services Consultant, you will speak with warm leads who have requested information regarding legal services, identity protection, or business legal solutions. You will educate prospective clients, answer questions, schedule appointments when needed, and assist clients in selecting the coverage that best fits their needs.

This is a remote position with training provided, performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads who have requested information
• Educate clients about LegalShield and IDShield services
• Build rapport and maintain professional client relationships
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, text, and email
• Document client interactions accurately
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals
• Attend virtual training and team meetings
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with people by phone
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Professional demeanor
• Sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred but not required

Compensation

• $18–$22 per hour based on experience and performance
