Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Event Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a highly organized and strategic professional who will be responsible for developing and implementing our internal event plan. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of luxury event planning and possesses exceptional project management skills. You will ensure that every detail of our event is properly reviewed and communicated to the on-site production teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and implement the LLG Event Plan, a comprehensive document detailing all aspects of event production, catering, hair and makeup timelines, guest and VIP management, transportation, and ceremony coordination.
  • Provide final review of all floor plans, design decks, and additional event elements as it related to vendor agreements and guest count.
  • Manage key contacts, COI (Certificate of Insurance) collection, and ensure compliance with venue regulations.
  • Provide final sign off on timelines and budgets
  • Schedule and run producer all-hands meetings
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, ensuring efficiency and consistency in event execution.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging design concepts, and best practices in luxury event planning.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in event planning, production, or a related field, with a strong background in luxury and high-end events.
  • Proven expertise in developing and managing event plans, including logistics, timelines, and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software including Google Workspace, Notion and Slack. Strong excel or google sheets skills.
