Location: New York Tri-State, South Florida and Worldwide

Compensation: $25-$125 per hour dependent on experience & skillset

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Event Producer to join our production team and execute weddings and events to perfection. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead event-day operations with grace and professionalism. As an Event Producer, you will be the on-site representative for LLG Events, responsible for executing timelines, coordinating with vendors and team members, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership: Take full responsibility for the success of the event, demonstrating proactive decision-making and leadership.
  • Event Day Coordination: Execute detailed event timelines, including:
  • Getting ready/hair and makeup
  • Photography sessions
  • Logistics across multiple locations
  • Load-in and load-out schedules
  • Ceremony, reception, and afterparty logistics
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any challenges that arise during the event day with professionalism and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
  • Client Interaction: Provide outstanding hospitality and service to clients and their guests, ensuring their vision is realized.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as the on-site point of contact for vendors, venue staff, and team members, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event production, wedding coordination, or a related field (experience in luxury events preferred).
  • Familiarity with hospitality or customer service in high-end settings.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage complex timelines and logistics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with high-profile clients and diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and make quick, sound decisions.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours as needed for events.
