The tap wall ambassador is primarily responsible to ensure customer delight for each guest's visit to Livery Pourhouse. They greet each customer, explain how to use the self-serve technology, demonstrate how to correctly pour a beer to reduce foam and educate guests on beverage information and food pairings.
The Tap Wall Ambassador at Livery Pourhouse plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring responsible alcohol service. Key responsibilities include hosting and educating guests on how to use the self-pour system, guiding them on proper pouring techniques, assisting with ordering food through technology, troubleshooting any issues with the tap wall or technology, and serving as backup for cashier duties. Additionally, the Tap Wall Ambassador is responsible for discreetly monitoring guest sobriety to prevent overconsumption of alcohol. The Tap Wall Ambassador will also assist with maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, as well as ensuring compliance with health codes. Applicants must be at least 18 years old as their duties may include preparing, serving and selling alcoholic beverages.
