Position Overview & Purpose
The Director of Field Services will lead both regional Field Service teams in delivery of all Services for a greenfield fiber-based broadband ISP. This position will be expected to build the Field Services organization from the ground up in GA and FL. This will be a field force of employees and resources to install, repair, and maintain service elements of a state-of-the-art PON infrastructure.
Being a key to market success, the Field Operations organization must excel in quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced leader who understands what is required to build a team focused on these two metrics while also possessing the skills to effectively manage a high-volume delivery organization.

Basic Qualifications & Competencies
· 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience
· 10 or more years’ work experience in Telco/Cable Field Operations
· Director/Sr. Director level or higher in current role
· Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
