Position Overview:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Live Well Home Care, LLC, you will play a crucial role in our team, offering essential assistance and support to our clients. This position requires a blend of compassion, dedication, and the desire to make a significant positive impact on the lives of those we serve.


  • Must be a Georgia Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or have equivalent qualifications.
  • Successful completion of a nurse aide training and competency evaluation program pursuant to the requirements of 42 CFR part 483, Subpart D, or a recognized competency examination.
  • Completion of a Healthcare or personal care credentialing program approved by the department or a 40-hour training program provided by a private home care provider covering essential care areas.
  • Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Signed “Statement of No Misconduct” and a negative TB test.
  • Proficient in reading and writing English with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Commitment to providing accurate and truthful statements regarding qualifications and requirements.


  • Assist clients with daily personal care needs such as toileting, bathing, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing, and eating, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
  • Support clients with ambulation, transfer, and positioning, emphasizing safety and proper techniques.
  • Engage in home management tasks, including housekeeping duties, to maintain a clean and safe living environment for our clients.
  • Monitor and document clients' vital signs and progress during your shift, communicating any concerns to supervisory staff promptly.
  • Provide thoughtful and considerate transportation in accordance with the service agreement, ensuring clients can attend appointments and engagements safely.
  • Participate in orientation and annual training(s) to stay updated on best practices and enhance your skills as a caregiver.
