Live Tinted is hiring an Manager of Supply Chain Operations, to support company-wide operations with a deep focus on supply chain optimization and inventory planning. Description
Essential Job Functions
- Manage supply and material plan to maximize customer service while maintaining efficient inventory. Set and measure quarterly operational goals
- Lead supply chain On Time In Full end-to-end processes, including PO placement, BOM management, SKU catalog management, Freight, and Production Log management
- Support management of 3PL with focus on inventory reconciliation, kitting/SKU creation, receipts, and warehousing quality standards
- Support updating of 12-month rolling inventory forecast leveraging sales history and customer trends, report bias and work with company leadership to develop actionable scenario-driven plans
- Help maintain balanced level of inventory to minimize excess and avoid stock outs
- Work with suppliers and product development team to optimize production plans and delivery schedules in support of inventory plan, timelines, and costs
- Partner with the innovation team to raise potential timeline issues as well as identify any cost-saving opportunities from new SKU launches (e.g. MOQ’s, lead times, manufacturing capacity)
- Ensure compliance with wholesale logistics and warehousing guidelines
- Interface with e-commerce and retail partner distribution partners to ensure accurate, on-time and in-full delivery to customers and partners.
- Support supply chain related, retail operations including chargebacks appeals, and planning/order processing for smaller B2B accounts and marketing gratis
- Proactively identify opportunities and lead projects for operational improvements, including technology integration and finance interfaces
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in CPG supply chain operations, with preference for beauty industry
- Ability to understand complex business drivers, produce high-quality analysis, and communicate effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management with the ability to independently manage and prioritize workload
- Detail, process, and quality-oriented with a passion for accuracy
- Must be able to perform in high-pressure, team-oriented atmosphere
- Collaborative – strong organizational and communication skills required to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
- Location agnostic, with willingness to travel as required
- An affinity for our brand values, and tenacity to shape these as you see fit
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with project management software a plus
