The Role:
Responsible for driving the holistic marketing strategy —ensuring a seamless, compelling, and differentiated brand experience. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, this role will oversee a dynamic team, manage agency partners, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand awareness, brand relevance, design modern brand building strategies and scale long-term brand equity.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Product Marketing
- Define and execute an integrated marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, affinity, and advocacy across all consumer touchpoints with key emphasis on building the Live Tinted affiliate programs, primarily around influencer, partnerships, and brand activations that cut through the noise and bolster brand awareness through significant EMV growth. Prioritizes influencer, UGC, and social-first activations to drive brand awareness and deep consumer engagement.
- Maximize impact across new and established social channels, prioritizing IG, and unlocking TikTok
- Lead product marketing strategy, harnessing Founder vision to ensure compelling storytelling, clear differentiation, and successful launch execution.
- Partner with Product Development to align product pipeline with consumer insights and market trends.
- Develop and oversee campaigns, partnerships, and activations that drive emotional connection and consumer engagement.
- Partner with Head of Digital and E-Commerce to drive test-and-learn UGC strategy, leveraging creator content across organic and paid channels to enhance conversion and authenticity.
Retail & Channel Marketing
- Execute and help define retail marketing strategy (Ulta, Sephora CA, DTC), ensuring alignment across teams, effective omnichannel execution, and leveraging partnership to bring the brand to life in the most impactful awareness activations.
- Develop co-marketing programs with key retail partners to drive traffic, sales, and brand equity.
- Oversee visual merchandising and in-store experiences with a Creative Agency and Head of Merchandising to enhance brand visibility and conversion.
Leadership & Execution
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Manage agency partners, ensuring best-in-class creative and campaign execution, properly identifying scope of work, and overarching strategic needs.
- Own marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation and measurable ROI.
- Utilize data and insights to optimize marketing efforts and fuel brand innovation.

- 15+ years of marketing experience in more than one key marketing vertical .
- A strategic marketing leader with deep expertise in influencer, UGC, and social-first marketing.
- Proven omni-channel success in brand building, affiliate, and integrated marketing driving consumer engagement.
- Strong leadership, management, and team-building experience.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
