The HR Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the people and culture that make our clinic thrive. This role brings structure and care together by managing the full team member lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to benefits coordination and recordkeeping. The HR Manager plays a central role in maintaining a healthy work environment and well-communicated clinic by partnering with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring day-to-day HR operations run smoothly. This role applies their organizational skills and interpersonal strengths to deliver outcomes that support both individual team members and the broader mission of Little Peach.

Through your role of recruiting, onboarding, benefits coordination, and clear internal communications, you can help build and maintain a workplace where our teams can do their best work, and where the mission of the clinic is advanced through every hire, policy, and conversation.


What You’ll Do


  • Recruit, interview, and hire stellar candidates to join our team across multiple locations
  • Onboard and assist in training with new candidates
  • Coordinate benefits for our team members
  • Ensure our team members maintain timesheets properly, supervising PTO benefits
  • Record, verify, and safely maintain team member and company data
  • Establish company communications
  • Conduct inspections and prepare reports when necessary
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and administrative professionals

  • You have excellent organizational skills … to the point that seeing “organize the pantry” on your to-do list puts a smile on your face
  • You have a high level of interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. You’ll work with our team members and partners daily, and we hope you love that opportunity as much as we do. 
  • You have the ability to travel between multiple work locations when necessary
  • Experience in Human Resources is highly preferred, but we love connecting with intentional, life-long learners
  • Experience with Google Suite and/or Gusto preferred
