Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Implement high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs as designed by supervising BCBAs
  • Record accurate data and documentation for each client session
  • Communicate client progress and direct questions or concerns to the supervising BCBA
  • Maintain organized therapy materials and adhere to clinic procedures
  • Participate in team meetings, in-service days, and individual supervision
  • Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment
  • Support new RBTs or candidates through modeling of teaching procedures, program implementation, and documentation protocols
  • Maintain patient behavior during co-treatment and clinic transitions
  • Assist with toileting and hygiene routines as necessary
  • Ensure materials are prepared before the start of each workday
  • Follow all HIPAA guidelines and BACB supervision and ethical standards
  • Attend all required staff trainings and continuing education opportunities
  • Be punctual and present by 7:45 AM to begin daily responsibilities
  • Accurately document time worked and report absences appropriately


Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification, preferred not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background check, reference check, and drug screening
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Adherence to professional standards
