Job Title: Preschool Teacher


Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, patient, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children and help them build important social, emotional, and cognitive skills. You will work with a team of teachers to plan and implement fun and educational activities, and have the satisfaction of making a real difference in the lives of your students.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment that supports children's growth and encourages exploration and discovery.
  • Observe, assess, and document children's progress to inform planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to plan and implement a variety of activities, including play-based activities, arts and crafts, and educational games.
  • Work with families to support their children's development and build positive relationships.
  • Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment that supports children's health and wellbeing.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to continue to grow and improve as a teacher.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field experience as a substitute.
  • Experience working in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with families and colleagues.
  • Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and development.
