As the Director of Little Incredibles Early Learning Center, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our child care center. You will manage the center's programs and staff and ensure we provide high-quality education and care to our little superheroes.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, passionate about education, and possess superhero character traits such as leadership, determination, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the child care center, ensuring that all programs and activities meet the needs of the children and families we serve.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for the children in our care, and ensure that all staff adheres to health and safety guidelines and policies.
• Recruit, train, and supervise all child care center staff, including teachers and support staff.
• Develop and implement educational programs that support children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Foster positive relationships with families, and provide ongoing communication and support to parents and caregivers.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the center's programs, and make necessary adjustments to ensure that they meet the needs of children and families.
• Manage the center's budget and financial operations, including fundraising and grant applications.
• Ensure the child care center complies with all relevant state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Preferred experience in a leadership role in a child care center or preschool.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and community partners.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing child care centers.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children.
• Superhero character traits include leadership, determination, and a strong sense of responsibility.
