Little Beast Brewing Outside Sales Representative Clackamas, OR · Full time

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop and maintain our direct distribution network to both on- and off-premise accounts in the state of Oregon & Washington. This includes building new and strengthening current relationships with direct buyers and working closely with our distribution partner to grow sales within their territory. The ideal candidate is well-versed in craft beer sales, excels at building relationships, is respectfully persistent and deliberate with their time. The position is based mostly in the field as well as out of our brewery location in Clackamas, OR.



  • Strategically pursue new on- and off-premises points of distribution by qualifying leads, visiting accounts and presenting and positioning Little Beast beer for optimal new account acquisition.  
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with current retailers, pubs and restaurants:
  • Secure long-term buying patterns, promoting new and on-going beer releases to further increase sales.
  • Monitor product placement, age, and sell-through.
  • Provide meaningful post-sales support, including education, training and in-store demos.
  • Maintain and develop a strong, positive relationship with our distributor sales teams, consistently providing sales material and support.
  • Plan and participate in quarterly/bi-annual distributor training activities including presenting at sales meetings and riding with distributor sales personnel.
  • Work with Sales Director and distributor partners to execute and achieve sales goals.
  • Develop sales forecasts and identify key market trends.
  • Keep thorough and up to date notes on all existing and target accounts; prepare weekly paperwork on time in a neat, legible, and professional manner. 
  • Define and implement creative promotions/campaigns at key on- and off-premise accounts, beer festivals, tap take-overs and special events (on evenings and weekends as necessary).

  • High School Diploma or GED required.  
  • College degree or comparable work experience.
  • 2 years experience in craft beer sales preferred.


  • Must have a reliable vehicle to use for work.
  • Valid Driver License with a clean driving record.
  • Willing to travel in the NW region.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and work more than 40 hours per week when needed.
  • Proficiency with computers and associated programs (Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Experience with Ekos Brewery Management Software is ideal but not required.
  • OLCC Service Permit.


  • Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside and frequently lift 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 50-130 lbs.
  • Able to stoop, crawl, twist, turn, lift, kneel, climb ladders and stairs. 
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.


  • Base salary commensurate upon experience with a quarterly bonus potential.
  • Mileage reimbursement.
