Retail Sales Representative

Location: South Lyon, Michigan

Pay: $16–$18 per hour plus commission

Average Total Earnings: Approximately $40 per hour, including hourly pay and commission

Position Overview

Lions Wireless is hiring a motivated Retail Sales Representative for our South Lyon location. You will help customers with AT&T wireless products and services, provide an excellent customer experience, and earn commission by meeting sales goals. This position offers hourly pay, uncapped commission, paid time off, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with phones, wireless plans, accessories, internet, and other AT&T products
• Recommend products and services based on each customer’s needs
• Meet individual and store sales goals
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience
• Process sales, upgrades, account changes, and payments
• Maintain product knowledge and complete required training
• Keep the sales floor organized and presentable

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated by sales goals and commission opportunities
• Dependable, professional, and able to work well with a team
• Comfortable learning new technology and wireless products
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends
