What You'll Do:

• Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Sell AT&T wireless and entertainment products to meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain deep knowledge of AT&T products, plans, promotions, and accessories
• Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and service options
• Perform daily store operations including opening, closing, and merchandising
• Build relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Sales or Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year in retail or customer-facing roles
• Flexibility: Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to work at different locations if needed
• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer proficiency and strong phone skills
