As a member of the Venue Success Team, the intent of the role is to increase customer retention and boost performance for our venue partners. The person in this position will work in collaboration with the Sales and Customer Experience teams to create an end-to-end seamless experience for the bars on our network. This is a full time position at LineLeap that will require some weekend and evening work, including travel, given the nature of our partner’s businesses.

You will be responsible for educating and coaching our venues, assisting them with their needs, and communicating their feedback purposefully and tactfully across LineLeap departments. You will also be responsible for sharing market changes and performance metrics internally and across the broader Operations team. You’ll be the expert at LineLeap on your markets, anticipating their needs from events that are happening in the area to coordinating larger LineLeap events across the markets. You will know what’s about to happen at a venue before it even happens. It is critical that you love to track your work and be able to showcase its importance to the broader company. Ownership is your motto, you love going after not just your top performers, but all the bottom performers that have just as much potential to grow their businesses.

Who you are

You are a self-motivated problem solver who prides themself on their ability to build partner relationships. You are a passionate advocate for your partners and you work to find solutions that benefit both the partner and your company. You are highly empathetic and communicate clearly and professionally. You remain calm under pressure and can easily diffuse a situation through your presence. You understand the power of your words and are thoughtful in your approach. You know that the best partnerships don’t come from promising the world, but instead being honest, understanding, and exhibiting good judgment. You are a super-communicator, both written and verbal; and you love to analyze data and share your learnings. There’s no task too small nor too big for you to take on. You want to work with an early stage company and understand the effort that goes into that. Sound like you?
