Location: Lincoln City, OR 

Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time 

Compensation: $18-$19/hour, depending on experience and availability 

Schedule: Flexible; includes weekends, evenings, and holidays

Position Overview: 

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Second Amendment Sales Rep. In this role, you will be the face of our store, assisting customers with their firearm and hunting needs - ensuring a positive shopping experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. 

• Provide detailed information on product features and benefits. 

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately. 

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays. 

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally. 

• Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and store policies. 

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals. 

• Participate in inventory management tasks, such as receiving shipments and conducting stock counts. 

• Adhere to all safety and security procedures.  

 

Qualifications: 

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions. 

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 lbs. for extended periods. 

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. 

• Knowledge of firearms safety and function is a plus but can be learned on the job.
