About Lime Tree Counseling

Lime Tree Counseling is a private-pay group practice in Ambler, PA, founded in 2018. We work with adults and couples across Pennsylvania who look fine on the outside but are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or relationship strain.

We're known for responding to every inquiry within one business day and for a clear, structured client process. Clients know what early, middle, and later sessions look like. We offer optional Christian counseling for clients who ask for it. It is never assumed.

Our values shape how we work with clients and each other:

  • Clarity. We're open about our intentions, goals, and methods.
  • Realistic optimism. We name the hard parts of life alongside the hope.
  • Discovery. We keep learning so we can serve clients and each other better.
  • Partnership. We work toward the goals clients set for themselves.

And yes, there's an office therapy dog. His name is Joey.

What you'll do

  • Provide individual and couples therapy to adults, plus teens 14 and older if that's part of your experience, in person in Ambler and by telehealth.
  • Run a strong first session: set expectations, agree on top goals with the client, and get a treatment plan in place by session 3.
  • Complete progress notes within 24 hours of each session.
  • Submit a short weekly report every Friday on sessions, cancellations, and open slots.
  • Meet monthly 1:1 with the Director of Operations on caseload, clinical questions, and growth.
  • Join team meetings, group supervision, and trainings.
