Part‑Time Remote Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP)

Lima Therapy & Wellness is growing, and we’re looking for a part‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist who thrives in a flexible, relationship‑centered teletherapy environment. If you’re licensed in MD, VA, and/or DC and passionate about neurodiversity‑affirming, sensory‑informed practice, this role will feel like home.

About the Role

You’ll provide virtual evaluation and treatment for children, teens, and adults, supporting communication, cognition, motor speech, voice/airway coordination, and functional daily communication. Our caseload is diverse, strengths‑based, and deeply collaborative.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver teletherapy sessions across pediatric and adult populations
  • Support early language, articulation/phonology, apraxia, fluency, AAC, and sensory‑based communication
  • Provide cognitive‑communication, motor‑speech, and functional communication therapy for adults
  • Use co‑regulation, caregiver coaching, and trauma‑aware strategies
  • Collaborate with OT partners and supervising clinicians
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation aligned with clinic workflows

What You Bring

  • Active SLP license in Maryland, Virginia, and/or DC
  • CCC‑SLP preferred; strong CFs considered
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms and digital tools
  • Alignment with neurodiversity‑affirming, sensory‑informed, trauma‑aware care
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
