The Lily Medical Group is looking for a talented and caring Patient Service Representative/medical assistant to work alongside our physicians and nurse practitioners in our on-site geriatric practice. Flexible schedule, no weekends or holidays. We are a family owned and run practice that provides a relaxed work environment with a non-corporate approach. We care for thousands of patients all over WI and have been in practice for over 10 years. Lily Medical Group is a group of medical providers who travel to patient home and assisted living communities. Our services include primary care, vaccine programs and onsite visits.

Description

Duties:

  • Assist Nurse Practitioners with providing patient care
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, medication refills, triaging faxes
  • Record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature and pulse
  • Create new patient charts


Skills: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation
  • Knowledge of medical office procedures and equipment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems


Expected hours: 40 per week
