It is essential that our specialists have a thorough understanding of the Lilly's Kloset digital brand, ensuring consistency and alignment. They also take pride in their appearance and primarily wear Lilly's Kloset clothing, serving as brand advocates.
The ideal candidate should have a customer service orientation, be knowledgeable about our products, and have the ability to achieve sales goals while providing exceptional service. Displaying resilience is also a valuable trait in this role.
Key Responsibilities of a In-Store Specialist:
- Deliver a superior shopping experience that leaves a lasting impression on customers, thereby encouraging repeat business.
- Exhibit extensive product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Provide leadership support and assist in running the store.
- Understand and implement the store sales plan and company sales goals, leveraging key performance indicators to drive sales.
- Maintain visual standards by ensuring that assigned areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Leverage product knowledge to boost add-on sales
- Work closely with Operations Manager to prevent theft or misuse of company property.
- Aid with inventory management, such as receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Train and mentor new sales associates as needed to build a strong team.
- Help customers create a complete Lilly's Kloset look, from head to toe
- Prepare and pack merchandise for in-store pickup
- Keep up with current fashion trends and incorporate them into your own personal style
- Use your brand expertise to assist customers in selecting the right size and style
- Establish relationships with customers to ensure they feel valued and appreciated.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service for a luxury company, preferably in fashion.
- 1 year wardrobe styling experience
- Love of creating and capable of thinking outside the box
- Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
