We are seeking an experienced, imaginative, and social media-savvy fashion enthusiast to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing plans to boost sales and support our company's annual growth goals, including coordinating store events and elevating our brand. Ultimately, your aim will be to establish a strong connection between our brand and our online customers.


Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Coordinator:


  • Create engaging emails and SMS copies, design email templates that encourage end-users to take action.
  • Develop multi-channel integrated campaigns to drive sales acceleration, lead nurturing, and opportunity development.
  • Assist in implementing marketing initiatives such as store events, activations, and brand elevation opportunities.
  • Devise testing plans and execute experiments to evaluate campaign cadences, test performance, and recommend iterative improvements to content and cadence that drive better results.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to stay abreast of trends and developments in the industry.
  • Research PR/Marketing calendar opportunities throughout the year.
  • Collaborate with the Content team to ensure monthly calendars are up-to-date.
  • Identify potential brands for partnerships and collaborative opportunities.
  • Research and identify relevant influencers/brand ambassadors for outreach.
  • Assist the Creative team with campaign planning and contribute creative and engaging concepts for sharing across social media platforms.


Qualifications for a Digital Marketing Assistant:

  • Capacity to manage email campaigns via ESP systems with a highly organized strategy and 1-3 years of experience in this field
  • Proficiency in monitoring and tracking email KPIs, formulating reports with insights and actions for internal partners
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo (or similar Email Platforms), SMSBump and Google Analytics is advantageous
  • Prior experience working with an independent women's fashion or design brand
  • Ability to comprehend the brand's demographic and direction
  • Strong creative skills with working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and additional experience in video editing is a plus.

Salary

$49,000 - $59,000 per year
