Swirler — Lillie Frozen Yogurt

Location: Beverly Hills, CA Reports to: General Manager Classification: Non-exempt, hourly (part-time and full-time available) Pay: $20.00/hour + pooled tips

What You'll Do

Craft the product

• Swirl frozen yogurt from soft-serve machines to Lillie's portion and presentation standards
• Build and finish cups with fruit, dry, and hardshell toppings exactly as ordered
• Handle every cup as if it were going to a friend

Deliver the hospitality

• Greet every guest warmly, guide them through flavors and toppings, and make recommendations
• Resolve small issues on the spot and escalate anything bigger to the Shift Lead
• Keep the line moving without ever making a guest feel rushed

Run the register

• Take orders and process payments accurately on the POS (card-only)
• Follow all POS and tip-handling procedures

Keep the shop stocked and clean

• Restock yogurt, toppings, cups, spoons, and supplies throughout the shift
• Rotate product, check dates, and follow food safety and temperature standards
• Clean and sanitize counters, topping stations, machines, dining area, and restrooms on schedule

Open and close

• Complete opening and closing checklists: machine setup and shutdown, topping bar setup and breakdown, cleaning, and end-of-shift tasks
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to the Shift Lead or GM

Represent the brand

• Follow Lillie's operational standards, dress code, and Employee Handbook
• Show up on time, in uniform, ready for your posted shift

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, upbeat, and comfortable talking to strangers all day
• Reliable and punctual; able to follow a schedule posted two weeks in advance
• Attention to detail: cups look right, counters stay clean, orders are correct
• Team player who pitches in without being asked
• Able to learn a POS system and simple recipes quickly
• No prior experience required; we train

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• California Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire (Lillie covers the cost and pays for training time)
• Ability to stand and move for the full shift, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Adherence to Lillie's dress and hygiene standards (branded hat or bandana, neutral shirt and pants, closed-toe shoes, shop-provided apron)
