As Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly while driving business success and delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and lead the team by example, creating a positive and engaging work environment that reflects our store’s mission of joy and excitement. Make an impact by setting and communicating clear goals, and fostering a positive and rewarding store environment embodying our lil sweet treat culture.

Staffing: Take charge of hiring, training, and scheduling employees, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and maintaining a strong, well-trained team. Assess the strengths and developmental opportunities of the team to then mentor and empower.

Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth daily store operations, including customer service, inventory management, and store presentation to create a disciplined culture that is focused on operational excellence.

Financial and Business Acumen: Utilize strong business insights to manage inventory levels, optimize the flow of customers, and monitor sales trends. Accountable for store results.
- Collaborate with ownership to set and track financial goals, including managing the store's P&L.

Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store at all times, following NYS hygiene and safety standards.

KPI Management: Drive store performance by setting clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity. Regularly track and analyze store metrics to ensure goals are met.

Customer Experience: Ensure each customer has a delightful, memorable experience by providing a warm and welcoming environment and fostering a culture of exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume, customer-centric environment.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
