Social Media Content Intern (Part-Time)

Location: Los Angeles (must be able to regularly travel to Abbot Kinney and The Grove)

Hours: 5–10 hours/week

Reports to: Social Media Lead

About the Role

Lil Sweet Treat is looking for a creative content production intern to help capture high-quality content for TikTok and Instagram.

This role is perfect for someone who loves filming content, has a great eye for composition, and enjoys being behind and in front of the camera. You'll work closely with the Social Media Lead, who will provide creative direction, shot lists, and concepts. Your job is to bring those ideas to life while also keeping an eye out for moments and trends that could become future content.

What you'll do:

• Film TikTok and Instagram content at Lil Sweet Treat locations
• Follow creative briefs, shot lists, and reference videos provided by the Social Media Lead
• Capture extra B-roll and alternate angles to give flexibility during editing
• Stay up to date on TikTok and Instagram trends and share fitting ideas
• Upload and organize footage after filming
• Communicate proactively about availability and deadlines

We’re looking for someone who:

• Loves creating short-form content and naturally notices what makes videos engaging
• Has a good eye for lighting, composition, and visual storytelling
• Is comfortable filming on an iPhone
• Can follow creative direction while also bringing creative observations and ideas
• Has reliable transportation to Abbot Kinney and The Grove
