At lil sweet treat, we bring the magic of our candy experience beyond our store walls. Our events team partners with a wide range of clients - from brands and influencer events to corporate activations, weddings, birthday parties, pop-ups, and more - bringing our signature candy cart to venues across all of our cities. 

The Role

As an Event Connoisseur, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences, ensuring smooth operations, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in dynamic, fast-paced environments. This is a flexible role: once you join our team, shifts are offered on a first come, first served basis, making it a great fit for those looking for part-time, event-based work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that guests and clients have a positive event experience 
• Assist Events Manager with event cart setup and styling, as well as break down of our candy cart, ensuring everything is properly packed at the end of each event
• Load and unload equipment and product with the driver before and after events
• Greet guests and create a warm, engaging experience
• Share candy knowledge and help guests discover new favorites
• Serve as a brand ambassador, representing lil sweet treat with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Communicate with clients on-site to ensure their needs are met
• Maintain a clean and organized cart throughout the event 

Skills

• Punctual, reliable, and able to commit to event schedules
• Outgoing and personable with strong communication skills
• Enthusiasm for candy and willingness to build product knowledge
• Ability to lift and load equipment as needed
• Works well as part of a team in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Experience in events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus
