Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Community & Events Manager to lead all aspects E2E for event preparation and execution for lil sweet treat.


Key Responsibilities

  • Event Preparation & Design
  • Develop and manage event themes, décor concepts, and non-candy goods.
  • Collaborate with vendors/partners to ensure high-quality, on-brand materials.
  • Event Execution
  • Coordinate event logistics, including cart preparation, delivery, and staffing.
  • Oversee on-site operations to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Client Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our sweet event clients from inquiry to completion.
  • Provide professional guidance on event design, candy selections, and special requests.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in PR, marketing, or brand management (retail or hospitality background preferred).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for unique, memorable customer experiences.


Salary

$65,000 - $65,000 per year
