Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Community & Events Manager to lead all aspects E2E for event preparation and execution for lil sweet treat in LA.
Key Responsibilities
Event Execution
- Coordinate event logistics, including cart preparation, delivery, and staffing.
- Oversee on-site operations to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Client Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our sweet event clients from inquiry to completion.
- Provide professional guidance on event design, candy selections, and special requests.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- MUST HAVE 2-3 years of experience in PR, marketing, or brand management (retail or hospitality background preferred).
Skills
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
