Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answer every incoming call promptly and in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
- Promptly follow up with new leads as they are received. Comfortable making outbound calls and connecting with prospective clients and families navigating sensitive mobility needs.
- Communicate with prospects and existing customers via phone, email, and video to understand their needs.
- Discuss products, features, and pricing, answer questions, and address concerns in order to schedule qualified in-home evaluations for our technical team.
- Accurately log all activities, communications, and customer data in CRM systems.
- Schedule in-home evaluations, installations, and service repairs for leadership and technicians.
- Create quote proposals, share them with clients, and actively follow up to close sales.
- Order equipment and communicate with manufacturers to manage lead times, ship dates, deliveries, and tracking.
- Manage invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, inventory tracking, and team scheduling.
- Work closely with clients, our team, and our manufacturing partners throughout the sales, installation, and service process to ensure a top-notch, client-focused experience!
Requirements & Working Conditions:
- Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust over the phone.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking) is a strong plus!
- Strong customer service orientation, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
- Self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as an active, collaborative member of the team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to safely lift 30–50 lbs (handling office deliveries, marketing materials, or small inventory items).
- Requires reliable transportation and a current valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and alcohol/drug tests.
- Previous office, inside sales, customer service, or administrative experience is ideal, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Hours:
- Approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday (onsite at our Katy office location).
Salary & Benefits:
- Approximately $20–$35/hour — depending on experience.
