Position Summary
The Rev Ops Specialist and Strategic Growth Team serves as the primary point of contact for Lifted Logic's Rev Ops program track from project inception through ongoing engagement. Each member (VP of Strategic Growth) is responsible for driving the behavioral change that produces results — and the results that matter are client business growth and client retention: delivering enough value that clients re-sign their contracts and view Lifted Logic as indispensable. Unlike a traditional account manager, the Strategic Growth Team owns the CRM, workflow, and reporting relationship end-to-end. The work is built on three pillars: (1) getting the client to actually adopt the CRM and improve their leads back, (2) turning on and helping to facilitate the workflows that re-engage past patients and old leads, and (3) helping the client know their numbers.
Acting as both a Revenue Operations consultant and an accountability partner, the team runs a monthly scored CRM audit, coaches adoption, and ensures clients see measurable ROI. The role is a quarterback, not a solo consultant: it knows the playbook and pulls in the right specialist (CRM Project Manager, developer, leadership, marketing, finance) when a client's needs call for it.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for Rev Ops program clients from kickoff through the full 18-month engagement (6 months website + 12 months marketing) and renewals.
- Owns CRM adoption as the make-or-break deliverable: leads client CRM trainings, assigns lead-callback role ownership, and coaches the daily to-do dashboard habit until the client is actively using the system.
- Produces and presents a monthly (or quarterly) scored CRM Audit Report (out of 5.0) as the core accountability instrument, opening every recurring meeting with the 15-minute audit.
- Builds, launches, and runs the client's workflows (cancellation, no-show, rebooking, re-engagement, and the rest of the workflow menu), owning the data required to keep them fed.
- Provides Revenue Operations consulting across marketing, sales, and operations — coaching on CRM adoption, lead-callback protocols, re-engagement, and helping the client see the revenue already sitting in their database.
- Helps clients know their numbers — throughput, conversion, average ticket, utilization — using the standard CRM reporting widgets installed on every account.
- Practices active listening: hears the problems a client raises and pulls the right person or tool from the toolbox to solve them.
- Maintains proactive check-ins (reaching out the same week if CRM usage dips, not waiting for the monthly call) and remains readily available, reinforcing execution and building trust.
- In the loop and able to help the Project Manager or the Account Manager to keep all client deliverables on scope and schedule.
- Manages Teamwork task lists, documentation, and internal reporting for all assigned CRM, workflow, and reporting tasks on an account.
- Coordinates the client's data setup — EMR export/data-request, reporting configuration, and (where available) integration — to power workflows and reporting.
- Drives client retention by consistently demonstrating ROI, surfacing new opportunities, and positioning Lifted Logic as essential through contract renewal.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems (GoHighLevel a plus), and business operations.
- Demonstrated client-facing communication skills — able to hold clients accountable while building the trust that drives renewals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.
- Ability to adapt to new processes and evolving systems (we build the plane as we fly it).
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving, with comfort delivering difficult feedback.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years in account management, business consulting, Revenue Operations, or client-facing strategic roles, with a track record of client retention and business growth.
Please note: Lifted Logic operates on a hybrid work schedule and all employees are required to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday).
