Marketing Designer Job Description
The Marketing Designer is responsible for designing social media ads, monthly newsletters, drip campaigns, and any other design work for ongoing clients all while using best design practices
Essential Job Functions
Create Impactful Social Media Assets
- Design graphics, images, and other visual content for various social media platforms to boost our online presence and engage our audience.
Design and Develop Engaging Newsletters
- Create visually appealing and responsive email newsletters that captivate our audience and effectively communicate key messages.
Craft Compelling Drip Campaigns
- Develop and execute drip campaigns that nurture leads and guide them through the customer journey, using your design skills to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with Marketing Team
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall marketing strategies.
Stay Updated on Design Trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our marketing materials remain fresh, innovative, and aligned with industry standards.
- Complete tasks as assigned through project management tools
- Create brand standards and collateral for clients
- Learn and use design techniques and design team best practices
- Meet with project managers, content strategist, operations manager, and developers to discuss project requirements
- Meet with clients regularly to present designs
- Other duties as assigned
Marketing Designer Position Requirements
- Knowledge of Figma (or willingness to learn)
- Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign (or willingness to learn)
- Basic Understanding of Email Marketing
- Creativity and Attention to Detail:
- Communication Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Either:
- Proven self-taught web design experience
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Please note- Lifted Logic operates on a hybrid work scheduled and all employees are required to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
