The HR Specialist plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining effective human resources practices within our dynamic web design and marketing company. This position is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with legal requirements. The HR Specialist will collaborate closely with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and foster a positive work culture. Additionally, they will oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.
The HR Specialist will also serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters and facilitating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.
Please note- Lifted Logic operates on a hybrid work scheduled and all employees are required to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
$50,000 - $65,000 per year
