We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients and homeowners. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience both over the phone and in person. Your role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.


Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions in a courteous manner.

- Assisting customers in person by answering questions and resolving concerns.

- Responding to emails promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and issues.

- Listening to customer issues and taking appropriate action to resolve or escalate them.

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of services and policies to provide accurate information.

- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective customer service.

- Building rapport with clients to establish trust and long-term relationships.

- Logging customer interactions accurately in the system for record-keeping purposes.

- Collecting feedback from customers to improve services and customer experience.

- Performing day-to-day tasks such as booking reservations, managing services for homeowners, and maintaining inventory.


Requirements:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or higher preferred).

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to handle challenging customers with patience and professionalism.

- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.

- Proficiency in using phone systems, computers, and customer service software.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

- Familiarity with customer service best practices.


Working Conditions:

- Full-time position.

- Monday to Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm, in an office setting.
