Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team. The LPN will work under the direction of our Registered Nurses to provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes, ensuring each individual receives safe, effective, and personalized care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the plan of care
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring client response
  • Perform wound care, catheter care, injections, and other nursing tasks as delegated
  • Monitor client condition and promptly report changes to the supervising RN/physician
  • Educate clients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Accurately document all care provided per agency and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with caregivers, RNs, and other team members to ensure holistic care

✅ Qualifications

  • Active Washington State LPN license in good standing
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • TB clearance and ability to pass a background check (per WA DOH)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
  • Compassionate, professional, and dependable
  • Home health experience preferred but not required — we provide training!
