Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and compassionate Home Care Aides (HCAs) to join our growing team. HCAs provide essential non-medical support to clients, assisting with daily living activities, light household tasks, companionship, and personal care under the supervision of a nurse or care manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
  • Provide support with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, clean home environment
  • Offer companionship, social engagement, and emotional support
  • Support clients in maintaining independence while promoting safety and well-being
  • Monitor and report any changes in condition or concerns to the supervising nurse/manager
  • Document care activities according to agency policy and regulatory standards

✅ Qualifications

  • Active Washington State HCA certification (or CNA credential with DOH)
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • TB clearance per WA DOH standards
  • Able to pass a fingerprint-based background check
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if transporting clients)
  • Prior experience in caregiving or home care preferred but not required — we provide training!
