Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – In-Home Care


Location: Tri-Cities, WA

Schedule: Part-time & Full-time available

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience + mileage reimbursement

Reports to: Director of Clinical Services

Position Summary


We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life. Whether it’s lending a hand with daily tasks or simply offering companionship, your work will make a meaningful difference.




Key Responsibilities



  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
  • Support light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep as needed
  • Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to the supervising RN
  • Provide safe, respectful, and dignified care in accordance with individualized care plans
  • Support postpartum clients with newborn care, feeding assistance, and recovery tasks (if applicable to assigned visits)
  • Maintain accurate documentation of visits and client progress
  • Foster a calm, encouraging presence in each home




Qualifications



  • Current Washington State CNA license in good standing
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Clear background check and TB screening
  • Experience in home health, hospice, or postpartum care is a plus
  • Strong communication, time management, and empathy
