The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, nursing staff, patient care coordination, and compliance within the home health care agency. This role is responsible for managing nurse scheduling, supervising care plans, supporting staff development and training, and serving as the primary on-call contact for clinical and operational matters two days a week. The ADON ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient day-to-day nursing operations.
