We cultivate and develop our professionals with a strong foundation in trauma informed care.


THIS IS A W-2, NOT CONTRACTURAL POSITION.

THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE YOU TO COME INTO THE OFFICE ONCE A WEEK.

40 HOURS A WEEK POSITION.

Must have one of the following credentials:

  • -LCPC, LBSW, LCSW, LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, or LBSW
  • Possess Clinical leadership skills, organizational skills, ability to multi-task and supervise/train/mentor other clinicians.
  • Minimum Requirement: (2) years experience preferred in trauma informed care, but willing to train ideal candidate
  • Experience working with children and adults.
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Clinical Supervision Provided, if necessary

Duties: 

  • Maintain client caseloads
  • Perform duties and report to OMHC Clinical Manager
  • Supervise/oversee clinical staff: Therapist/Group Facilitators.
  • Deliver a monthly reports.
  • Monitor and update OMHC spreadsheet.
  • Monitor accuracy and implementation for OMHC authorizations, assessments, re-assessments, referrals to other programs based on client needs, treatment plans and discharges.
  • Assign psychotherapist caseloads.
  • Review Clinical Notes for accuracy bi-weekly.
  • Ensure treatment plans are updated annually.
  • Conduct intake assessments.
  • Other assigned duties under OMHC.


Salary

$40 - $42.5 per hour
