Role Overview

The Enrollment & Admissions Specialist owns the complete lifecycle of the family experience—from the spark of initial curiosity to first-day onboarding and ongoing relationship preservation. This role operates as the primary ambassador for Liberty Launch Academy (LLA) and its tactical afternoon sandbox engine.

A heavy emphasis of this position is placed on actively recruiting student-athletes, showing them how LLA's self-paced morning academic sprints (such as the ASU dual-credit architecture) protect their elite training schedules, while our high-impact afternoon tracks elevate their strategic development.

Core Operational Responsibilities

1. Inbound Admissions & Pipeline Management

• The Seamless Journey: Own and manage the entire forward-facing pipeline, guiding prospective families through initial inquiries, discovery calls, custom campus tours, application submissions, and final registration.
• CRM Sovereignty: Serve as the absolute owner of the school's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and admissions database. Maintain pristine tracking logs, progression notes, and enrollment data dashboards to ensure zero pipeline leakage.
• Enthusiastic Communication: Keep a high-energy, responsive, and systematic outreach cadence with incoming families, ensuring they feel deeply seen, informed, and welcomed at every stage.

2. Athletic Recruitment & Sports Management

• Student-Athlete Outreach: Actively recruit local student-athletes and connect with regional sports clubs, coaches, and training facilities to expand LLA's athletic cohort footprint.
• The Academic Alignment Pitch: Articulate how LLA’s unique, flexible morning academic models explicitly serve high-performance competitors—giving them the freedom to complete elite university coursework without compromising heavy travel, practice, and conditioning regimens.
• Sports Logistics: Leverage a sports management lens to support programmatic needs, coordinate athletic schedules, and manage specific compliance or transcript validations required for student-athlete eligibility.

3. Admissions Operations & Compliance Auditing

• Application Review: Critically evaluate incoming student files, portfolios, and transcripts to determine cohort alignment and project-space readiness.
• Financial Aid Coordination: Facilitate the financial aid review process, navigating internal scholarship models and payment infrastructure to provide families with clear, transparent tuition modeling.

4. Post-Enrollment Integration & Family Preservation

• Immersive Onboarding: Design and execute the family onboarding sequence, ensuring new students smoothly transition into LLA systems (setting up emails, credentials, and family hub portals).
• Re-Enrollment Strategy: Lead the annual re-enrollment strategy, monitoring family satisfaction, managing retention dashboards, and running renewal processes.
• Ongoing Parent Communication: Keep an open, proactive loop of communication with existing families, reinforcing the value of the experiential learning model and addressing systemic feedback to cultivate long-term institutional loyalty.
