**Responsibilities:**

- Follow lesson plans and instructions left by the regular teacher

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students

- Engage students in educational and recreational activities

- Maintain open communication with school administration and staff

- Uphold the principles and philosophy of the Montessori method

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience working with children preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt to different classroom settings and age groups
