Hours: Afternoons (12-5), M-F

Location: On-site to start, should evolve to hybrid


RESPONSABILITIES

Bookkeeping:

  • Daily transaction tracking & reconciliation, multiple small companies
  • Custom Reports - Monthly, Quarterly, Annually, On-Demand

Administration:

  • Phone & Email Reception
  • File Management - update, organize, retrieve
  • Misc Tasks
  • Small Projects
  • Calendar Management


SKILLS

Proficiencies:

  • QuickBooks Desktop & Online
  • Excel
  • Outlook (mail, calendar)
  • Microsoft Teams
