Nail Technician – Salon & Spa

Position Overview

The Nail Technician is a licensed, skilled professional who delivers high-quality manicure and pedicure services with a specialized focus on advanced techniques, including Russian manicures and Gel-X extensions. This role combines precision and artistry to provide guests with impeccable nail care while staying ahead of the latest nail trends, designs, and industry innovations. The Nail Technician maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation, follows strict sanitation and safety protocols, and builds guest loyalty through consistent, detail-oriented service and a strong eye for current styles. Key Responsibilities

• Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, including Russian manicure technique and Gel-X extensions
• Execute precise cuticle work, shaping, and nail art with attention to detail
• Stay current on nail trends, seasonal designs, and emerging techniques to offer guests fresh options
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstation and tools per health and safety standards
• Stock and manage nail product and supply inventory
• Educate guests on nail health, aftercare, and home maintenance
• Recommend retail products to support guest nail care between visits
