Guest Experience Associate – Salon and Spa, & Medical Spa

Position Overview

The Guest Experience Associate is the welcoming face of the Salon and Spa, & Medical Spa, responsible for delivering warm, attentive service to every guest from arrival to departure. This role manages front desk operations: including greeting guests, scheduling and checking in appointments, answering phones, and handling payments; while also ensuring the spa and salon environment consistently reflects our standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality. Guest Experience Associates maintain treatment rooms and common areas, restock retail and supply inventory, and support stylists, therapists, and estheticians to keep services running smoothly. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where guest satisfaction and a polished, relaxing atmosphere are top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Manage scheduling, phone inquiries, and point-of-sale transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front desk, treatment rooms, and common areas
• Stock and organize retail products, linens, and spa supplies
• Uphold spa and salon standards for hygiene, safety, and ambiance
• Support service providers and assist with guest needs throughout their visit
