Esthetician – Spa & Salon

Position Overview

The Esthetician is a licensed skincare professional responsible for delivering exceptional facial and skincare treatments that leave guests looking and feeling their best. This role performs a range of services: including facials, peels, waxing, and other skin treatments; while assessing individual guest needs and recommending personalized skincare regimens and retail products. The Esthetician maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room, adheres to strict sanitation and safety protocols, and stays current on techniques, products, and trends in the skincare industry. The ideal candidate is licensed, detail-oriented, and passionate about guest care, combining technical skill with a warm, professional presence that supports the spa's reputation for quality and relaxation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform facials, peels, waxing, and other skincare treatments per protocol
• Assess guest skin conditions and recommend customized treatment plans
• Educate guests on and recommend appropriate retail skincare products
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms and tools
• Stock and manage skincare product and supply inventory
• Stay current on licensing requirements, safety standards, and industry techniques
