Job Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, AND Have Completed a Minimum of 15 Semester Units of College Coursework.
• A Valid Driver’s License, Current Car Insurance, and Reliable Source of Transportation.
• Ability to Obtain CPR Certification, Proof of a Negative TB Test, and the Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Ability to Meet the Physical Demands of the Position, Which May Include but is Not Limited to: lifting up to 35 lbs, reaching above shoulders, squatting, sitting, kneeling, running, twisting, turning, crawling, and jumping.

What you will be responsible for as an ABA Registered Behavior Technician: 

• Providing direct 1:1 ABA Therapy to help individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder reach their greatest potential. 
• Implementing programs designed by BCBA's to help clients reach their individualized goals by collecting and recording data on a daily basis to show client’s progress towards goals.
• Bringing the fun and motivation to help clients learn language, behavioral, play, adaptive, and social skills.
